Kickin’ Bacon Cheddar-Burger Cornbread
Ingredients
1 package of Lodge True Southern Mix or 3 Cups of any brand
½ Cup oil (Canola or melted butter)
1 ½ Cup Mayfield buttermilk
3 eggs
1 tsp ground mustard
1 tsp dried minced onion
1 ½ tsp cayenne pepper
1 Cup bacon bits
2 Cups cooked and crumbled ground beef
2 Cups grated cheddar cheese
Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ Sauce
Dill Pickle Chips
Directions
Mix wet ingredients. Add dry ingredients. Mix well, Add ground beef and bacon bits and mix. Add cheese and mix. Pour into a greased pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool and cut into squares. Garnish each square with a BBQ sauce drizzle and top with a dill pickle chip.
