Fiesta Puppies

Ingredients

1 package Lodge True Southern Cornbread mix

2 eggs

1 Cup Mayfield buttermilk

2 tbsp oil

1 14oz can of niblet corn, drained

1 4oz can chopped chilies

1 ½ tsp Tajin seasoning

1 2/3 Cup Mexican cheese blend

Directions

Combine the first 4 ingredients together, then stir in the final four. Preheat oil to 365 degrees and carefully drop batter by spoonfuls into the heated oil. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes, turning once while in oil. Drain and sprinkle with Tajin seasoning before serving.
